The ways stories are told is ever-changing, as platforms and technologies evolve and adapt, but the desire to tell a story is innate to the human condition and AFTRS is officially accepting applications now for its exciting new BA in Screen.

In 2015 a three-year Bachelor of Arts in Screen - the most in-depth and creatively comprehensive screen degree in the world - is on offer from Australia's national screen arts and broadcast School.

Designed to prepare Australia’s next generation of creative practitioners to be the leaders in their respective fields, the degree will provide a deeply engaging learning experience that will develop critical thinking and creative engagement., preparing graduates to be nimble operators in a platform agnostic world.

Two core subjects, ‘Story & Writing’ and ‘The History of Film’ run throughout the three year degree alongside elective specialist subjects. Opportunities for collaboration with other students are a fundamental part of the degree.

Students will learn from teaching staff who are some of the best practitioners in the country, in the best facilities in Australia.

Entry is based on merit selection.**

Enrolment details will be sent  by the end of 2014, with final enrolment to be completed by January 15, 2015.
