The Screen Culture department at AFTRS offers the following POSTGRADUATE courses specifically for people interested in screen culture:
- GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN SCREEN CULTURE
Shaping Australian screen culture.
New technology has led to an explosion of easily accessible screen
content that has the power to shape and define ideas and society.
As you work through cinematic theories such as
voice & vision, genre and story, you will develop a
greater understanding of film culture. This course is for
future arts and broadcast industry critics, commentators, curators,
festival directors, arts administrators and project officers. The
focus is on screen history, ideas, concepts and policies behind the
screen industry and culture.
