The Centre for Screen Business at AFTRS delivers courses that provide knowledge and skills for business owners and managers about media economics and business planning for the screen industry.

Current case studies on economic forces that shape the media industry are explored alongside lateral and strategic thinking about screen business.

Award Courses

  • GRADUATE DIPLOMA : SCREEN BUSINESS AND PRODUCING
    Beginning in 2009 AFTRS this course will give you a unique combination of creative, managerial and business perspectives and will equip you to operate effectively as a creative producer, business owner and/or media executive.
     
  • GRADUATE CERTIFICATE : SCREEN BUSINESS
    An advanced management qualification specifically designed for screen producers, business owners and media professionals.
     
  • MASTER OF ARTS HONOURS
    The MA Honours program at AFTRS is an opportunity for in-depth self directed research into a practical, theoretical, technical or creative topic of relevance and significance to the screen arts industry/screen business
