The finalists for the 24th annual ACRA awards have been announced spanning 33 categories covering all areas of radio broadcasting including news, talk, sport, music and entertainment.

Peer judged the ACRAs celebrate all facets of commercial radio broadcasting from the metropolitan centres through to provincial and country commercial radio stations.

The awards will take place on Saturday, October 13.

AFTRS Director of the Radio Division, Mark Collier said the result is, "particularly pleasing as finalists come from a broad range of categories reflective of AFTRS Radio courses and teaching."

The AFTRS radio alumni shortlisted include:
