With an introduction by Neil Peplow, Director of the Screen Content division at AFTRS, this mini-retrospective of short films drawn from the first 40 years of the Australian Film Television and Radio School presents the early work of a selection of eminent AFTRS alumni. The selected films provide insight into the practice of filmmaking, as we see how these short films often dealt with the same themes the filmmakers would go on to develop in their feature film work.
