AFTRS is delighted to share that recent directing graduate Christopher Stollery has been selected as the Australian Directors Guild (ADG), Screen Australia and Playmaker Media's first TV director’s attachment for 2015.

Christopher will be attached to Grant Brown on Playmaker TV comedy drama series House Husbands series 4, starring Gary Sweet, Gyton Grantley, Julia Morris and Rhys Muldoon, which will begin production in Melbourne this month.
As part of the Director’s Attachment Scheme this arrangement also marks the first TV drama attachment. The industry incentive program is funded by Screen Australia and managed by the ADG for emerging directors to develop their craft.

Christopher started his career as an actor graduating from the National Institute of Dramatic Art and has an extensive list of credits across theatre, feature film and TV. He started directing several years ago with a number of very successful short films before graduating from AFTRS last year with a Graduate Diploma in Directing. Christopher is "thrilled and honoured" and looking forward to move into directing for television.

The Director’s Attachment Scheme will provide eligible candidates with the opportunity for attachments on up to six TV drama series and three feature films in 2015.

Congratulations Christopher, all the best for the series.
