Know how to open a negotiation but are unable to close?
Desperate to demystify the world of private investment?
Ever wondered how you can share in the distributor's income?

This hands-on, weekend intensive course is for emerging producers financing a feature project. Participants will work with Heather Ogilvie, a highly experienced Producer and Financier, who will use real world case studies to take students step by step through the process of financing a feature film.

In particular, she will demonstrate how to use the Producer Offset to attract and secure meaningful private investment.

Participants will learn how to structure a complex financing plan within the workshop environment providing them with workable information they can use on their own projects. Included in the enrolment price is a follow up, two-hour one-on-one consulting session with Heather for each participant.

Students are encouraged to bring in a project in a reasonably advanced stage of development to discuss.
