Gift Vouchers are issued with a 12 month expiration period. If not redeemed within this period they are deemed expired. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers can be transferred to other individuals if the transfer is approved by the original purchaser.

Why do applicants Incur fees when cancelling out of an AFTRS Open short course?

AFTRS Open short courses are confirmed when minimum enrolment numbers are reached and we then make various financial commitments to lecturers and other costs. Where a refund is sought within two weeks before a course commencing, or on the day of a course, costs for running the course have already been incurred and other potential course participants may have been turned away.
