Louise Hope is a Learning and Organisation Development leader with a broad range of experience in commercial, not for profit andgovernment sectors.

Louise joins the AFTRS team fromSydney Opera House where she was the Head of Organisation Development andLearning, responsible for setting the people, learning and OD strategy for theorganisation. In that time, Louise re-built the L&OD function to be costeffective, whilst ensuring coverage and support across a number of diversebusiness areas.

Louise is passionate about developingleaders, at all levels, who can nurture an enjoyable performance culture thatsupports personal and career growth.

Prior to this, Louise worked as aconsultant for a training consultancy, working with various commercial andgovernment organisations in Sydney, as well as working for a UK consultancyworking with disadvantaged learners.
