Craig Handley

Craig Handley worked in animation for over 25 years, starting in the late eighties at Hanna Barbera he progressed all the way through to heading the animation
division at Southern Star/Endemol. Credits include: Ren and Stimpy, Tracey McBean, Kangaroo Creek Gang, Bottle Top Bill, Adventures of Sam, Ketchup, Hairy Legs and the animated series Bananas in Pyjamas.

Craig left the animation industry to pursue a full time career as an artist. He has held several solo exhibitions in Sydney and has been a finalist in major prizes around the country including The Sulman Prize, The Moran Prize, The Mosman Art Prize, The Fleurieu Art Prize, The Glover Prize, The Hadley’s Art Prize and The Wynne Prize 2016/2018. In 2015 he was the winner of The Kogarah Art Prize, Sydney and in 2017 he won the KAAF Art Prize, Sydney.
Craig now trains and mentors new talent at Dave Enterprises, and teaches storyboarding at UTS.
