Timetabling Resource Coordinator and SDIN Project Officer

EO Gill’s professional objective is to help foster diversity, equity, experimentation and risk-taking within the creative arts sector. In their capacity as Timetabling Resource Coordinator at AFTRS, EO is responsible for reviewing and developing systems to ensure resource bookings and scheduling processes are equitable and accessible for the staff and student cohort. EO is also the Project Officer with the Screen Diversity Inclusion Network – a network of broadcasters, screen funding agencies, guilds and industry-aligned education organisations who are committed to working together towards a more inclusive and diverse screen industry. EO is a video artist whose work interrogates gender, class-politics and intimacy. Recently their work has been exhibited at Artspace, Sydney and the Australian Centre Contemporary Art, Melbourne. They were the 2018 recipient of the $30,000 Create NSW Visual Arts Fellowship. EO is also the lead videographer on acclaimed 24-hour live performance The Second Woman which continues to tour both nationally and internationally.
