SHOCK TREATMENT WORKING WITH ACTORS WORKSHOP

The writer/directors taking part in Shock Treatment completed their two-day AFTRS Working with Actors Workshop last week, facilitated by director, Peter Andrikidis.

Shock Treatment is supporting the early career development of Indigenous writers/directors, who have a strong and original horror concept, and who can provide evidence of their potential screen writing/directing abilities. ABC Indigenous, Screen Australia’s Indigenous Dept and AFTRS Indigenous Unit have partnered with Cameron and Colin Cairnes (100 Bloody Acres and Scare Campaign) on this exciting new genre development initiative.

Throughout the workshop the directors gained the confidence and tools to work with the actors when they shoot their films in late March/early April.
