Shisheer Kishore is a technology leader experienced in IT Service management who is recognized for the ability to work with a diverse stakeholder groups to enable collaboration. Majority of his background is working for education providers, primarily responsible for the support of technology systems, consulting in transformation and transition projects and as part of an in-house IT support team. Shisheer is adaptable in how he communicates to the broad range of stakeholders and passionate about working with others to deliver the outcomes that improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness. His role is to lead, supervise and develop the technology support team to deliver outstanding customer service and best-practise outcomes. This includes implementation, maintenance and support services for all systems and infrastructure.
