This is a hands-on, technical course with a small class size. If you’re looking to learn how to shoot, edit and upload your own short videos, then this course is for you. It does not cover video graphics in any depth.
If you are interested in exploring content creation more in-depth, look at our Industry Certificate: Content Creation which will teach you the technical skills as well as editorial/creative skills.
AFTRS will provide all equipment required for this course. However, participants are welcome to bring their own equipment to use in the some of the exercises.
This is a practical course, and you will be on your feet (including on a location shoot) for the first three days.
