Jacob is Head of Student Recruitment and Admissions at AFTRS, where he leads the School’s recruitment strategy and admissions processes with a focus on widening participation.
Over more than a decade in higher education, including at UNSW Sydney, Jacob has led major recruitment initiatives, large-scale events and digital transformation, guided by a commitment to sustainability, access and equity.
With a background in arts education, he is a passionate advocate for creative careers and the cultural and economic value they bring to society.
