Mignon Green was appointed Strategic Partnership Manager in the Partnerships and Development Team at AFTRS in 2021. Currently, she is Acting Head of Business Development.
After completing a Bachelor of Education, Mignon’s career changed direction when she joined PolyGram Australia. Following more than a decade in the Australian music industry, Mignon went on to become the first female Sales Director with a major record company at Universal Music Australia.
More recently, Mignon was employed in a strategic partnership role with the Wakakirri Story-Dance Association.
Mignon possesses a comprehensive understanding of business operations and commercial motivations from many years working at an executive level in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. She is passionate about the importance of the arts and education to a healthy society.
