AFTRS Radio Courses provide professional training for all facets of the radio industry.

Both the theory and practice of broadcasting are investigated through experiential practical learning. Students can expand their specific individual skills from announcing, production, news writing and presentation, interviewing and talkback, copywriting, programming, sales, marketing and promotions to management.

Current radio practice is taught in addition to multi platform delivery and digital radio.

Simulations, broadcasts, station visits, work attachments, industry guest lecturers and instruction by professional radio practitioners prepare students for radio industry careers.
