Adobe Premiere Pro is the timeline-based video editing software application that comes bundled in the Adobe Creative Suite master collection, production premium and Creative Cloud.

The course is delivered on Premiere Pro Creative Cloud (CC).

This two day intensive course is an introduction to the basics of using Premiere Pro and is designed for absolute beginners.

This course will give you the skills to do the following in Premiere Pro:

• capture HD video footage
• basic editing and adding audio
• adding effects & transitions
• adding text
• exporting to a number of formats including web (Youtube)
• importing projects from other editing systems
• working with other Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Encore and After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro is becoming increasingly widely used, and offers a cost effective alternative to more high-end broadcast editing options. It is being used increasingly in Corporate and Production environments as an alternative to Final Cut Pro for timeline-based video editing and can be purchased separately to the entire Creative Suite - a free download trial version is also available from the Adobe website.
