'Foley" is the art of making sound effects for the soundtrack of a film, radio or TV program or podcast, and it's one of the most fun parts of filmmaking. WHAT YOU WILL LEARNIn this two day workshop for 9-12 year olds you'll learn about:

  • How Soundtracks are created

  • How location sound is recorded

  • The sound effects a Foley Artist is called up on to create

Then in a series of practical, fun exercises in our Foley room you will create and record a range of sound effects for a film project and a radio program.
