Kate Prior is a project and change management leader responsible for oversight and delivery of all key strategic projects and subsequent change management at AFTRS. Kate is also responsible for growing and fostering project management skills and workflows throughout the organisation.
Kate started her career at Network Ten in Sydney, working in the studios. From there she moved to the Nine Network as an Editor. After working in the UK for a number of years, Kate returned to Australia coordinating a number of unscripted and factual productions with Endemol Shine Australia, Seven Network, Screentime, Warner Bros and ITV around the country and abroad.
Kate has a Master’s in Business Administration with Distinction majoring in Project Management and completed a Bachelor of Arts (Television Production) at Charles Sturt University while living regionally in Wagga Wagga.
