Disclosing previous criminal convictions does not preclude you from studying at AFTRS. This information is used to assist in assessing and managing any risk to other staff and students. Depending on your circumstances, you may be required to agree to additional conditions of enrolment established in consultation with you and any relevant support professionals.
Students are not required to disclose spent convictions as defined under Pt VIIC of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) and Part 3 of the Criminal Records Act 1991 (NSW).
