The People and Performance team manage the full life cycle of employees. From the initial stages of recruitment and contracting, onboarding, professional development and performance management, through to payroll, injury management and return to work programs, wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion programs, succession planning, and exit management.

As a School that is committed to the learning and development of all of our students, we are passionate about ensuring the same focus is given to all AFTRS team members. We do this by ensuring that we have the right culture and opportunities at AFTRS to ensure that all employees have the best experience whilst here and are supported to achieve the next steps in their career – regardless of whether that is with us, working for themselves or with another employer.
